POLICIES

SHIPPING

Orders will be processed and shipped Monday through Friday (HST).

Most orders ship within 2-5 business days of purchase. 

Shipping times may vary due to availability of products.

For domestic shipments :

We ship within the USA via US Postal Service. We recommend signature confirmation for all orders shipped to commercial and residential addresses.

For international shipments :

For international orders, we ship via US Postal Service unless you specify otherwise. Customs duties and any taxes associated with your purchases are not included in the total at checkout.

Please note that as the COVID-19 situation develops, international delivery speed and availability is variable and subject to change quickly. As part of COVID-19 prevention measures, some countries have limited available shipping options or have halted inbound shipping altogether.

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local taxes and duties may apply and they differ from country to country. All duties and/or taxes are the sole responsiblity of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for this information.

If an order is shipping to an address that different from the billing address, we will contact you to verify your order before shipment.

We do not deliver to P.O boxes.

RETURNS

We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving the order.

All returned and exchanged items must be in unworn/salable condition and packaged in its original box.

We accept returns for exchanges and store credits only.

No returns and exchanges are accepted on custom or personalized orders.

All sale items are final and can not be returned or exchanged. This includes items that are bought with a sales discount code.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

REPAIRS

We offer complimentary repair service for any item purchased from Hamoa Handmade online store within 1 year from the purchase date. If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for customer service support.

For repairs on products that need to change color, size, stone, pearl, seashell and components, an extra cost will be applied. We will review the item and determine the pricing for the repairs.

For repairs on products over 1 year from the date of purchase, an additional fee may be charged.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for the repair to be returned.

To request a repair, please send a detailed email with photograph of the product to info@hamoahandmade.com.
